went to Lowe's to grab one and the cashier shows it's $29.99+tax ...then i showed him it's $19.98 on the website...he asked me to bring it to Customer Service and it's $19.98 at Customer Service.

Not only a time saver, but also $$$. It cost roughly $1.50 to $2 a pair of screws in the plastic package.
