Have installed several Kwitset locks at different sites. Just be sure to use regular batteries and not rechargeables due to voltage requirements.

I like my Kwitsets because they can still be opened with a key. So I can hide/provide a key nearby in case someone needs to get in and doesn't have the code (or I don't want them to have the code).

Schlage would be my choice of smart lock. They have an assortment of colors and their locks are top notch. I've got several keypad entries and am thinking about converting them to smart locks.
