I have not tried any of the new VR, but back around 2000, I was involved in a VR program at University of Illinois that included a room with multiple rear projected walls and ceiling that provided an immersive experience for gaming, inspecting 3D models items, or doing architectural walk throughs.

I did play some games on the Oculus. It was crazy detailed!
I had a bit of Christmas cheer so it was awesome! :D

I tried the samsung vr headset. The controller did not work right and the roller coaster app made me feel sick.

Use Samsung before like it ,only down side you have to put the phone inside the head set .

I own a Samsung VR headset. Heats up the phone so much that it shuts off after a few minutes.

I've tried a couple generations of the Samsung vr glasses that came with my phones. Not too impressed at that time. Hopefully the newest versions and software updates have made things better.
