Alexa Assistant isn't really "AI", but more of a rote listening/response according to specific phrases with proper syntax. It requires a user to know all the phrases by memory or have them written down in order to function correctly/successfully. It's great for basic things like weather, dictionary, enabled skills, flash briefings, music (although commands and streaming from music has some bugs/issues), and others. Google Assistant is far better at understanding the context of what is being said or asked and offers options many times. Even Hound is better at detailed requests with multiple variables (what Italian restaurants are within 10 miles of me that average less than $15 per meal).
