I bought 2 of these and were surprised by the quality. The handles are metal so you can put it into the oven. When you're using it on the stove, the handle does eventually gets hot but it does so very slowly so even if you're cooking steak or something for 20 minutes, it just gets warm. Not enough to burn your hand for most uses.

For 10 bucks, it's definitely worth a buy.
