I have two of these and they are reasonable consumer-level dash cameras. I like that they don't use suction cups to mount them to the windshield - the flush mount is more discreet from both inside and outside of the vehicle. The video quality is adequate and it has lots of features, but do yourself a favor and keep the instructions in the car also because they are not very intuitive to navigate when you try to go back to view a video. Easier to take out the memory chip and view it on your PC at home. There are several identical dash cams just like this with the only difference being the company name on the outside, so look around and compare prices before you pull the trigger.
Sage words of wisdom - if you get this (or any) dash cam be sure to use a high-endurance memory card instead of a standard one. You must search specifically for one that says "High Endurance" because while the typical dash cam can take the heat of a closed car in the sun, a standard memory card cannot. I went through several and almost gave up on this camera before I learned - the hard way.
I have one and couldn't agree more with Jon651. The video quality is stunning. However, mine has lost its audio recording function after 2-3 months of light use. Hopefully the company will honor the warranty.

Thank you!
