I bought this when it was $35 and I am pleased with it. It is very solid and heavy. It is not top quality like Thule or Yakima but it is decent. I suspect the deep discount is because of the assembly. It is not terribly hard but it requires some larger sockets or wrenches that many people probably don't have. I can't remember the exact sizes but I think it was 9/16, 11/16 and 1". I had just gotten new sockets and impact driver for Christmas so it was a piece of cake for me.
Got it for $25 local. The frame is solid and heavy, 2 inches hitch only. The tube on the bike rack seems cheap, but for $25 I think I cannot complain it too much.
