Run Away! ... a $30 Rebate is no value. This was overprices at $140 2 years ago and now to work a $30 Rebate to get this price... "for-get-a-bout-it". This is less about a gaming card and more on power and perhaps getting by with some underrated OEM PSU as this is a "Ti" that doesn't get straddled with a Aux, 6-pin. That said deals on even AMD card that are akin to something like this 4Gb are pricey. I say find $30 and just get a GTX 1650.
4k htpc that you wanna use for gaming.... Well an HTPC is about size and watts you can get away with. Being a GTX 1650 provide 15-18% more performance than this 1050 Ti, and still holds to only PCIe slot power. As I said above something like a ZOTAC Gaming GTX 1650 OC 4Gb (ZT-T16500F-10L) for $150 is the better buy. Sure you ante-up 40% more for not allot of boost, but at least you're not investing in Pascal that now almost 3 years old.
