Interesting ASRock is a 3Yr warranty... While most 570 AIB do 3Yr, PowerColor is one that giving only a 2Yr.
Hard to find reviews for this 570 version they mostly did 580's. That said, those had mainly positive conclusions (as 580's), although in that trim they are making the most of the cooler and fans. I think as a 570 in a mid-tower case with good air flow, there's no concern, but I would not be looking at this as a OC'r more just a plug-n-play. Eggviews are when you read them most all positive, except one DOA.
Looking at this card found on the product page, that Egg has extended their return policies for the holiday shopping season on almost every product! For purchases placed between November 1, 2018 and December 24, 2018 you will have until January 31, 2019 to return your product.
smogbreath - As to TDP such 570 are listed as 120W, while probably Gaming Loop you see the power use roughly averaging like 155-160W on this fairly stock clock 1331 MHz iteration. That compares to a GTX 1060 3Gb of 120W Gaming Loop or ~25% lower. Given most say this RX 570 vying a single fan GTX 1060 3Gb, the 570 is perhaps 5-8% faster in many titles.
