This newest model (just announced a couple days ago) brings Apple's Neural Engine to the entry level iPad model for the first time. It's also compatible with Apple Pencil.

Lightening connector not USB - NOT. Says it has LTE but that model number does not report LTE. Needs to be clarified. IF it has LTE does it have a SIM slot or built in card only?
