Sure but TQKA vs APC... 8 bucks is a coffee and a snack or a McD combo and for that price you get a reliable power bank to keep in your car or bag in case you need to charge anything. This wil not be your primary go to emergency charger but for 8 bucks this is reliable and may help some day.
