This is just really a bad idea. The outlet in the wall would overheat in most homes with 12 appliances plugged in at the same time. Older homes rated for 15 amperes are max 1800 watts per circuit! Thats usually multiple rooms at once!
^ There are many low power devices these days, especially in your office/computing-hub. I'm way under 15A with the following plugged into two surge strips (would've used one if the wall wart adapters didn't take up so much space).
Calculating that and accounting for inefficiencies, it's a little under 6A theoretical peak load, probably closer to 2-3A average in use, or less than one amp for the networking gear when the rest isn't in use.
