Good deal on a CPU for basic office/email/web/HTPC/etc. if you just want the cheap way to get an FM2 dual core system running.

Just don't try to compare to most modern sub-$100 processors whose performance will run circles around it... if you're not stuck on FM2, you can build a faster AM3 based system with a used $50 CPU from
eBay.
