I got these last time they were on sale. Really decent sound quality. Bass is present, but not overly powerful. Mids have good clarity and the highs are not harsh. Battery life seems good as well.

The only thing some people might not like is they are quite large and protrude out of the ears more than most earphones.

For $13, I'm very happy with my pair.

CVC noise cancellation is supposed to be an active noise cancelling technology. I got a pair of buds what were supposed to have it, but if they do, it did not work the way traditional active cancellation works. Perhaps it only works while you're making a call.
