This looks decent! Word to the wise: PRACTICE WITH IT.
Change the oil, add fuel, fire it up, run cords, put all your loads on it. During the day, in nice weather, when you can flip back to wall power if something goes wrong. Get good at this.
Run it out of gas, change the oil again, and put it away.
^ While it's a good idea to run it every 6 mos till out of fuel (especially if there's ethanol in it), it doesn't need oil changed yearly, let alone every spring and fall, unless it's had more hours put on it than a few to exercise it. Normally 50 hrs per is about right, or every 2-3 years if you don't get that 50hrs before then.
Many manufacturers will still spec yearly changes because they don't want customers having to do math more complicated than "1" (year). Same thing with most ICE based equipment... change your mower spark plugs, fuel filter, air cleaner, belts, and adjust the valves once a season, never mind if you actually RAN it at all, lol.

Repeat every spring and every fall.
