Many people get a stomach ache from Naproxen. Also, like a lot of
Amazon
branded products, fakespot.com gives the reviews an F rating.

^ Fakespot states "This analysis is outdated. Please reanalyze.", which results in a grade of D. Plus it states "high deception involved" but how deceptive can it be? Either it's Naproxen Sodium and does what it does, or it isn't... unless some of the reviewers bought from a 3rd party seller that fished them out of a dumpster due to being past their use by date.

At the same time, if you need an NSAID, ibuprofen is usually gentler on the stomach.
