Anyone know what the black stuff is on the inside of the Instant pot "pot" that comes with instant pot? With a paper towel I cleaned it on the inside curve part and it comes back with black stuff on it.

I've never seen black stuff on the bottom of a stainless steel pot, but I do see a rainbow-like effect every time I use it. Just get some barkeeper's friend powder, mix with a tiny bit of water, and it will make this inner pot (and any stainless steel cookware) look brand new again.
