I wonder what Hormel's exact definition of "meat" is.

The label looks pretty typical, around 2oz (cooked weight) beef, water, bread crumbs, salt, spices and flavoring.

What concerns me more is that at only 280 calories, it'd take at least 3 of these for me to get my RDA for a main meal, but then it's 2100mg sodium.
