No meat cutters and butchers at
target
all pre-pak meat from somewhere else just like Wal-mart.

As a retired Butcher with over 30 years of experience I do not recommend for your Christmas dinner. JMHO.

We got a guy with a freezer chained down in the back of his pickup truck that comes through the neighborhood about once a week. I'm sure he can probably do a better price than one of those fancy chain stores.

Yes, but you'll have to wait until spring, when the dandelions start sprouting again!

Went to my local
target
which has grocery and they did not have it. They said it has to be a super Target. Waste of time, had planned out our Christmas dinner with that in mind.

"Is there a vegan friendly option?"

Of course there is. The cow! All cows are vegan friendly :-)

My wife picked one of these up last week. I prefer mine medium rare and it was tender and DELICIOUS!! This did have the bone in, and I found out real quick that it is easier to cut the rib section off after it has rested and before slicing the main meat. I had never cut up prime rib before...

Overall, I do recommend. My wife cooked it following a recipe she found online, it had a nice seasoned crust.

The "bull's eye" logo isn't promising for buying cow.
