^ In the alternate universe we use 30VDC due to being the highest we can go before running afoul of electrical codes.
Unfortunately these don't spec the tolerable voltage range. I highly doubt 12VDC would work, but with 14 LEDs, it might not have a driver built in, instead running 2 parallel paths of 7 LED in series... 24V/7 = 3.4V per LED, about right to drive white LEDs. If that's the case then you need a regulated switchmode PSU, can't use an old school 24V linear transformer then rectify to DC without much experimentation and tweaking.
