I got it last time, but it only came in 1 pack and I didn't bother to fight with them. so don't expect 4 pack for $7.18

If you have problems after the sale, start an on online chat session, or have them call you, and you'll get it resolved. YMMV, but they always make it right. Never had issues with customer service. It's fast too.
