No shock. It's documented that combining acetaminophen and ibuprofen make for a good pain killer combination while distributing the NSAIDs across two organs for elimination vs. one. What's the prilosec got to do with the back pain? Curious.
The prilosec... That's to help keep the ibuprofen from causing heartburn which it has in the past. Unfortunately this is a semi regular routine to try to get a few nights of "decent sleep a week.
