Bargain Outfitters/Sportsman's Guide used to be two of my favorite mail order companies. Over the years their service and the quality of items have diminished greatly. Check their horrible Reseller Ratings to get the full picture. They can't even muster three stars out of ten. And God help you if you need to use their customer service. Caveat emptor.

^ A lot of those reviews seem like problem customers wanting the merchant to make up for their deficiencies.

I haven't ordered a lot of stuff from BO but the orders I placed had no issues.
