U can improve the taste of all these jarred sauces by adding more herbs, garlic and tomato paste. The expensive sauces are not worth the $ IMO.

^ Agreed, but I'm fine with amount of tomato in all but their more watery, chunky garden flavor.

The problem with most commercial sauces is way too much sugar is added.

^that or tooo much salt. one thing i do improve the taste is get one of those bolognese beef pack from kwik trip ($2-3). perfecto!
