They don't look particularly durable, but at $6.50 a piece and including an 18650 battery, maybe the low cost option makes more sense than treating a more expensive work light as if it's precious.
Don't know where they get the "grill" angle from, there are tons of applications where I'd use this more than on a grill where I already have lighting because I put the grill in a lighted area intentionally in the first place.
I have one (looks identical, but different brand) that I purchased 3 years ago. It's very bright, the magnet, stand, and hook, along with the flexible head, make this VERY useful. I've used-it for almost 2 hours straight on the highest setting, with no loss in brightness.
