    You're on your own when you buy from companies like this. I've purchased from them in the past and received damaged product. No customer service at all, submit a ticket and never got a response. Buyer beware!!

    I buy from them semi regularly, I have received one package damaged and they sent a replacement immediately.

    Secondly, I also ordered these masks, as @Seymour said, it took me 6 weeks to receive them.

    KN95 is the Chinese standard equivalent of US N95 just with some minor differences. Good luck finding the authentic ones made to the specs from China.
