I would have made a purchase, but when the reviews were sorted by "most recent", too many complaints of expiring within two or so months. And considering these type products normally can sit on shelves for years, that means it is likely that some of THESE have been already sitting on shelves for years. I'm not going to take a chance.

If I were to make a huge pot of soup/stew, I'd use fresh veggies.

The application, I had in mind for this product, was as a dry add to ramen. And so a two-month shelf life would be completely unacceptable.
