PSA:

Chemicals like Formaldehyde used in the manufacturing.

Not made for microwave, so leeching of those chemicals will accelerate.

Not as scratch resistant as Correlle (Melamine is really a plastic).

Yeah, I don't worry about the formaldehyde but would use corelle over these on anything hot, let alone not putting melamine in the microwave.

Cheaper dishes for different purposes can make sense.

I only use edible dinnerware. No cleaning, no recycling, no waste.
