Nice price, but be aware that the charger is the dumb/timer type, must charge in pairs and does so at a slow 330mA/2xAA or 160mA/2xAAA rate so you're looking at ~7+ hours from fully drained to full.
I have never had a rebate problem with Always follow directions to get your money.
Actually I have had multiple problems with newegg rebates from Gigabyte and asus among others. Newegg customer service makes it right with newegg credit usually. The problem is the rebate centers in New Mexico/Arizona are CORRUPT!
Btw I got this deal at $15 deal of day no rebate. I guess they are cheesing out now. Oh well. Was going to get a couple more at $15.
