There is Soy Letchin in these powders, they are moving away from it but for now I wouldn't buy it. Soy is a hormone disruptor that causes an increase in estrogen. they use it because it is so cheap.
I bought this item. Not only does it have a ton of Soy, but the texture and taste is unbearable. Don't waist your money. Ben, don't waist your time sharing this junk either.
