There's a good chance that any random spray-head sitting around the house (that almost-empty Windex bottle?) has the same screw thread as any bottle of isopropyl alcohol. Just trim the straw.
91% is best for cleaning electronics because its non-conductive. For sanitizing you should add 20% water because the water enables the alcohol to penetrate the outer structure of the virus or bacteria. (Otherwise it can a couple of days versus a couple of hours to disinfect completely.)
