Think their servers are getting pounded with folks trying to redeem this offer. Either that, or bots using the account info of the 50 million hacked TMo customers are flooding their system with requests.
Got Apple TV+ ,,, but I had to put in the code for Sprint Customers. That may be because I was a Sprint customer until about 9 months ago, then switched to Mint, then got smart and went back to T-Mobile. Of more concern is that when I got to Apple it just said I was signed up for one month free and $5.99/mo thereafter -- but I gave no such permission (even to charge $5.99/mo after the free year was over). I guess it would be pretty tough to reprogram Apple's computer to have a special announcement for T-Mobile that it was a year rather than a month for free. I am looking for an email from one of them confirming a free year. I'll keep you posted.
you must sign up using your tmobile phone. also you need to have an apple account setup before you attempt to redeem. This will require providing apple with a credit card number but they wont charge it until the free subscription has expired
