Unless you go though a lot, it's easier than buying non-concentrated and distilled water.

The concentrated version of it is much cheaper. It also makes it easier to adjust the 50/50 ratio if you flush but don't completely drain the engine core.

For those in warmer climates who may think... Nah, I'll just use water.... Don't do it. Even if not on sale, always use antifreeze in your cooling system. Water will cause seal cracks and rust.
