Tearing through the coffee community with highly caffeinated aplomb, the makers of Death Wish coffee are marketing their brand of java as the world’s strongest coffee and 200 percent more powerful than a typical chain store coffee brand like Starbucks.

Specifically, Death Wish coffee clocks in at about 54.2 mg  of caffeine per fluid ounce of coffee. Comparatively, Starbucks coffee is around 20.6 mg / fl. oz and Dunkin’ Donuts is around 12.7 mg / fl. oz.

Basically, you can chug down four cups of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and you still won’t have the glorious caffeine high of one cup of Death Wish. According to the company FAQ, the beans should be stored at room temperature and ground into a fine grind before brewing a pot of the deadly beverage. After grinding up the beans, the coffee will retain its flavor and potency up to two months.

You can find the coffee on Amazon (with Prime shipping). Just be sure to drink slowly. In the words of an Amazon reviewer:

1st cup – Hmm, this ain’t bad. Tastes pretty good. I like it.
2nd cup – Dang, I’m feeling groovy. Let’s get some work done.
3rd cup – Did ya know scientists think there are parallel universes and like you could be living an infinite amount of lives in different realities?
4th cup – OH. MY. GOD. THERE ARE ANTS CRAWLING UNDER MY SKIN, DUDE!
