12 Fantastic Fan-Made Posters for The World’s End

By on August 14, 2013

Are you as excited to see The World’s End as I am? I really enjoyed Shaun of the Dead, but Hot Fuzz…is absolutely brilliant. It’s incredibly re-watchable, especially the climax where Simon Pegg’s character rides into town and all hell breaks loose. The World’s End looks just as fantastic. If the current 90+ percent average on Rotten Tomatoes is any indication, we are in for one heck of a film.

If you are unfamiliar with the premise of the film, Simon Pegg plays a crude 40-something who convinces his old friends to join him reenacting a pub crawl. The goal is to make it to the final pub of the crawl called The World’s End. Little do they know, the pub crawl is going to turn into an epic adventure involving battling a town filled with high-tech villains. Just as Shaun of the Dead paid homage to zombie films and Hot Fuzz did the same for buddy cop movies, The World’s End pays respects to the science fiction genre.

Anyway, fans have been busy creating posters for the upcoming film scheduled to be released on August 23rd. Check out the fan-made posters below:
