Got the red version of these shoes. This is a casual shoe. The mid sole is extremely thick without any kind of support features. It does not even have a heel counter. Plus, the strap is a pain in the **** to use. Either cut it off or "buckle it up and never unbuckle it again".
If you want something with a similar feel/cushion, but want more support, look at the Nike Hurrache or Adidas with Boost tech. Cost more, but will perform better.
