Regardless, even someone who can't install the whole thing themselves, should be able to figure out how to replace the pull down hose w/o involving a plumber, except that it might take some time to figure out where to get a replacement hose since Biobidet doesn't seem to offer one. It doesn't look like a standard hose with male/female metal threads at both ends, shows "quick connection" on one of the pics.
