I've been happy with most things I ordered from China... but every now and then a month passes and I'm like Where's my stuff? then have to ask the seller and wait for a refund, but I never had a problem getting the refund promptly.
Then again it could be that I don't gamble too much with items that could have expectations that exceed reality. For example I'd never expect a $13 pack to handle a couple big college textbooks for long before ripping out, but this bag is pretty capacity limited at only 7.87"L x 3.54"W x 9.1"H.
^ I wouldn't try several times. I notify them that a shipment is tardy and if they can't reassure me where it is and that it'll get here PDQ, I request a refund. If the refund hasn't posted after the third business day I make a claim with paypal, but I have never had to do that for things shipping from China.
I hope you at least left a scalding review on , or do you mean Chinese merchants with their own website?
