I had a 'topper' in recent years, but found that it moved around and would not stay in place. Buy the real thing.

Good for rehabbing old mattresses but 2" to 3" is the way to go.

i have the same exact feeling. Although i dont mind re-shifting it once in a while and it is very comfortable.

Just got one for our daugher and she said she likes it so far so we'll see. It is thin and I wasn't holding my breath but there's alot of decent reviews on it elsewhere so what the heck. It's cheap

My kids complain about their twin size mattresses from costco. They are pretty firm. But I need to get two.

I bought one of these a while ago, I really like it however it smelled really bad at first. I let it air out for about a day or two until the smell went away. I don't have any problems with it shifting either, it's snug between the mattress and mattress pad.

I've heard that memory foam traps your body heat and makes you uncomfortable in the middle of the night... is this true? I have a standard mattress with a pillowtop layer, and I would probably opt for something without a topper (built in or added on) next time.
