I've ordered 2 times now, first was cancelled, 2nd one was on the 1st and it doesn't say it is cancelled but hasn't shipped either.....

yeah, att shopping system is pathetic. they can't even check whether the order went through. takes 24-48hs before confirmation is sent I was told by rep.

edit: at least I can see the charges on my cc now.

5 days after order they say they have no stock and cancel order. What an outfit that they couldn't at least update the customer the next day. Better yet, quit taking orders on items you don't have to ship. Good ole AT&T, some things never change.
