Bait and switch. Showed up to store to pick it up, waited over 20 minutes, no TV. They claimed their "online" people made a mistake listing this TV. They offered me a floor model for 10% more off or giving me my money back. I asked them what else they could do for me and they tried to sell me a Samsung of the same size for more money, not equal price to settle the matter. They gave me some lousy $5 off coupons to try to get me to come back and buy more merchandise. The stock manager said, "Oh yeah, I remember now. Someone was supposed to box up one of these TWO floor models and call you to see if you still wanted it even though it was not a new item."
