You may be right, but I purchased a Wii U rather than pre-order a bunch of games for the xbox one that may or may not be good. I'm having a blast with it.
That being said, this price has been around for a month or more. Still a good buy. If you read all the reviews on Nintendoland, you will see it is worth picking up.
Furthermore, for $20 plus shipping you can pickup a Wii-Motion-Plus controller and the nun-chuck from this same site. An absolute steal in my opinion. Those controllers (without the nun-chuck) are $30+ normally.
All this stuff from Nintendo comes with the same warranty as new by the way.
