I went and test drove a vehicle on 3/27 and received my $100 Visa GC on 4/28. Pretty easy easy $100 for the 35 minutes it took me which included me filling out the online form, answering the email from the dealership, setting the appointment, driving to the dealership (.5 miles away) and finally the drive.
I would caution: not all dealers seem to be onboard with this deal. I requested a participating dealer, sent him an email saying I'd like to do a test drive. He replied that the promotion was over but he proceeded to bombard me with emails about coming in to see the new Cadillacs. I had to unsubscribe to get rid of him.
