My wife says that global climate change is stressing the maple industry pretty hard, and that the line in the northern hemisphere where syrup production is feasible is slowly migrating north into Canada. Seems like higher prices are the norm for now on. :(

but wait the claim is supposed to be global warming... not cooling. The price has a lot more to do with the inflation being created by so many governments. All the central banks are printing money like it is going out of style.
