It wouldn't work for me either but the following did:
1) Login on
2) Click the following link. It will not load a webpage but instead will show text like callback({"code":"DYMP140027TZP"}) with the DYMP140027TZP code there to copy and paste. FYI that is a valid code if anyone wants to use it but it's a one use code and I don't know if codes are tied to the account that generates them or not.

I was able to generate two different unique codes using two different browsers but the same login. YMMV.
