good deal and repped, although I need a good deal on an 8 channel 8 hd camera nvr system. Any one seen any good deals on those?

They showed a picture of a thief on TV with one these cheap cameras. Face looked like it had been blurred out. Said to call if you recognize him. Definitely want good cameras.

After doing research on cameras, you need to understand bandwidth limitations with (Power over) Ethernet systems. Some systems state that it's 1080p, but at 20fps. If you increase the fps or use 1080 for all cameras, you can't support more than 4 cameras or so at 1080, and the rest of them will be at 720. Check out Security Camera Warehouse where you can get educated on this. I did end up buying a system from SCW and have not regretted it.
