i messed up... mine is ITX-3000. from the picture they look very much alike.
they both have similar "lock in your ears" buds. These buds are also designed to be "surround aware" that enables you to hear your surroundings when you are active.
I've just recently found out that if they do not fit your ears well, you can take a picture of your earlobe with the these earphones on and send it to the manufacturer, they will send you a bud that would be better fitting for you, for free.
I'm about to try this out!
