I love my 22' version of this ladder. I paid full price at HD for $200, and it's well worth it. BALLS is it a bit heavy (moreso unwieldy, really) when trying to put it up at full extension, though! Be warned it's not nice and easy to adjust the height like it is with traditional extension ladder. If your upper body is not used to a workout, it's easy to tire yourself out just changing the height a handful of times.
Home Depot has the Werner MT1-22 for $119. It's identical to the standard MT-22 except its rated for 250 pounds instead of 300 pounds. I asked them about it and they said its made for HD BF sale. I think this weighs slightly less than this MT-17 so they obviously are using less material. The steps do look a little thinner vertically. I actually liked that it was lighter making it easier to handle. I picked it up and also used their $5 off $50 coupon (HDHOLIDAY). If I ever come close to 250 pounds just shoot me anyway.
