I've always been happy with my variously-sized Werner ladders. I've never experienced a moving-part failure and the fiberglass is extremely durable. Additionally, once the fiberglass rails are spray-painted with an ID, it'll never wear off.

$28 for this model is a STEAL. Remember that Home Depot will honor a paper 10%-off coupon from Lowe's, even if it's already been redeemed at Lowe's (and the Lowe's cashier didn't take it from you).

I went to the Home Depot and they do not have it. They did not sell out. They don't have it in inventory.

Order went thru ! Houston local store canceled without explanation ! what a low class of store ! never shop again at this store , go to Lowes get better respect !
