Decent quality iron but keep in mind that the adjustment is only the power getting to it, not temperature regulation which means on a lower setting trying to prevent it from getting too hot, you also have longer recovery time, and if you don't work at a certain pace it will overshoot your temperature.
I don't mean to imply that you can't work around this issue, just pointing out what you give up over a typical, more expensive soldering station.
